Use of this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Little Owl Wines (or the entity stated as the seller). You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from us. It is an offence to purchase alcohol for consumption by anyone under 18 in the UK.
Orders and payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. for availability, pricing errors, or if we suspect fraud). Payment is taken at checkout. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery terms and costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery
We will deliver to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery. Risk and title pass to you on delivery. Any delivery timeframes we give are estimates and we are not liable for delays outside our control.
