Your rights under UK law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies to distance sales (e.g. online) in the UK. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling within this period.
Conditions for return
To qualify for a refund, the wine must be returned in its original, unopened condition and in saleable state. We may refuse a refund or deduct an amount if the goods are not returned in this condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have sent you faulty or incorrect items.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive faulty wine or the wrong product, please contact us at hello@littleowlwine.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs, in line with your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@littleowlwine.com with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm the next steps. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or of you providing evidence of return.
